Last year’s second round pick, J.T. Ginn has finally made his professional debut for the Class-A St. Lucie Mets. Ginn, a native of Flowood, Mississippi, pitched three shut out innings and induced three double plays while throwing 44 pitches.

Jacob Resnik is reporting that his sinker sat at about 91-94 MPH while also throwing his slider at 82-84 MPH.

The right-hander is coming off of Tommy John Surgery after tearing his UCL before even being drafted by the Mets.
