Syracuse Mets (2-11)

With lot of the Mets depth in the majors the Syracuse Mets keep struggling after an 7-3 loss. Brandon Drury homered in the loss. J.D. Davis went 0 for 2 in his rehab stint.

Syracuse got multihit games from Mason Williams, Brandon Drury and Drew Ferguson. Franklyn Kilome started and allowed 2 runs over 5 innings of work. McWilliams got the loss after he struggled with control. He allowed 3 runs (2 earned) and 4 walks in an inning.

Binghamton Rumble Ponies (1-11)

After the Rumble Ponies got the first win, they lost a 3-2 affair against the SeaWolves.

Struggling prospect Mark Vientos went 1 for 3 with a RBI. One of the 4 hits the Ponies collected.

Adam Oller pitched well allowing just one run over six innings. Thomas McIlraith got the loss allowing 2 runs (1 earned) over 2 innings of work.

Brooklyn Cyclones (4-8)

The Brooklyn Cyclones lost 4-3 against the Renegades on Tuesday. Ronny Mauricio extended his hitting streak to 10 games to open this season. Brett Baty collected two hits and Joe Genord homered for the fourth time this season (2 run shot).

The Cyclones got good pitching as Jose Butto pitched his best game of the year going 5.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 2 hits, walking just one.

St. Lucie Mets (9-4)

The only Mets minor league team that is performing are the St. Lucie Mets. They shutout the Palm Beach Cardinals 4-0.

Shervyen Newton and Francisco Alvarez both collected two hits in the win.

Seth Lugo made his return to action with a scoreless first. It took Lugo just 4 pitches and he reached 93 on the gun. Franklyn Parra (2IP), Hunter Parsons (3IP), Liam McCall, Willy Taveras and Reyson Santos (IP) combined to hold the shut out.
