Second Baseman Robinson Cano has tested positive for the performance enhancing drug stanozolol. Cano will forfeit his entire $24M salary for the upcoming 2021 campaign as well as be suspended for the entirety of the season.

Expect Jeff McNeil to slot into second-base for the meantime, or even permanently.

Also expect this to be the icing on the cake of the “is Cano a Hall of Famer?” debate.
