The former Los Angeles Dodger, Trayce Thompson took a 96 MPH fastball right down the middle from Kyle Leahy, and cashed in with a solo shot over the wall in centerfield.

Thompson later on doubled, finishing the afternoon off going 2-2. He’s now batting .571 with a 2.142 OPS this Spring.

While the Mets may have a lackluster off-season, Thompson will provide a decent amount of power coming off of the bench, as well as against lefties.
