Relief pitcher Dominic Leone will be packing his bags and heading out west as he’s set to join the Anaheim Angels.

The right handed veteran has appeared in 31 games for the Orange & Blue, pitching to a 4.40 ERA.

In return, the Mets received Jeremiah Jackson, a 23 year old middle infielder who has 15 doubles and 15 home runs in 311 at bats.

While he’s shown that he can hit the ball hard, he’s still a bit below average when it comes to getting on base. The right handed hitter owns a .248/.321/.447/.768 slash line in 82 games for the Angel’s’ Double-A affiliate.
