Conforto exits game

New York Mets right-fielder Michael Conforto has exited Sunday afternoon’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Utility-man Jake Hager has come in to replace Conforto.

Conforto pulled up lame at first base after grounding into an inning ending double play to end the top of the first.

Hager has never played a game professionally in right-field.
