According to Steve Gelbs, Carlos Carrasco will be shut down for a couple of days with Elbow Soreness. He is still expected to throw to live batters next week.

In the light of the news, Luis Rojas mentioned Yamamoto, Eickhoff as possible rotation options, if Carrasco won’t be ready for his first start. Most likely solution would likely be Peterson and Lucchesi making starts.
