Update on Pete Alonso

New York Mets General Manager Zack Scott has said that he hopes that Pete Alonso will be with the club next week. Alonso went on the Injured List on the 21st of May with a sprained right wrist/hand.

The Mets slugger was hitting .236/.336/.433/.769 in 127 at-bats. Before Alonso hit the injured list, he hit seven doubles, six home runs, with 19 RBI’s.
