I really don’t know how true this is, however I came across an interesting tweet earlier and I thought it was worth having a conversation over.
It’s being said that Lowrie is upset with how the Front Office and medical staff gave him multiple diagnosis throughout the last couple of years.
It looks like that he may have gotten his own diagnosis and would’ve rather opted for surgery as opposed to the rehab route that he ended up taking. While hindsight is 20/20, it’s hard to ignore if Lowrie was right.

Does this give Lowrie the right to be mad or upset with the Mets or vice versa? Here my dumb-ass was sitting around, being mad at Lowrie. However, this may have been a blunder by BVW and front office. Especially since Lowrie has accumulated a total of seven at-bats over the stretch of a season and a shortened season, as well as $20M.
Weigh in with your opinions because I feel that this might be one of those things we never will get to the bottom of.
