Friday’s lineup vs Phillies

The Washington Nationals and the New York Mets ended up splitting the series with the Mets finishing off the last two games strong and with style. Our boys in Orange and Blue will now head down to Philadelphia to take the Phillies on in a three-game series.

The Mets were supposed to send the reigning Cy Young award winner to the hill in Jacob deGrom. The Florida native ended up being scratched from tonight’s start with a stiff neck

So far this season, deGrom owns a 2.45 ERA with a win/loss record of 2-0 and has struck out 28 batters in just 22 innings pitched.

The Mets will handover the ball to the big right hander Walker Lockett. The Jacksonville, Florida product pitched in 9 games last season and put up an ERA 8.34 in 22.2 innings pitched.

Tonight’s game is scheduled for 7:05 P.M. EST at Citizens Bank Park and will be airing on SNY television.
