Friday’s lineup vs Marlins

The 5-8 New York Mets will be hosts to the 6-1 Miami Marlins tonight as the Mets plan to send Michael Wacha to the hill. The Mets are coming off of a short two-game series in which they were swept by the Nationals.

Wacha is 1-1 in two games pitched and owns an ERA of 6.00 in only nine innings pitched, however has averaged a strikeout per inning. The Iowa native has an ERA of 3.93 and a 60-40 record in 876.2 career innings.

First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 P.M. EST at Citi Field and will be televised on SNY.
