Seth Lugo is scheduled to make his Grapefruit League debut tomorrow against the Miami Marlins. The bullpen ace recently fractured his pinky toe in a freak accident in his hotel room.

Lugo has also recently voiced his displeasure in the “piggy back” role. However this is no surprise as the right hander has always viewed himself as a starting pitcher.

Lugo pitched 80.0 innings during the 2019 campaign and struck out 104 batters while posting a 2.70 ERA in 61 games.
