Tim Tebow to miss remainder of the season

Former Heisman Trophy winner and New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow has sustained a finger laceration and will miss the remainder of the season with the Syracuse Mets. Unfortunately, this will be the second straight season that the converted baseball player will miss time as well as the end of the year.

Tebow was hitting a meek .163/.240/.255 over 77 games in 264 plate appearances during this 2019 campaign.
