J.P. Morosi is reporting that the Mets have acquired right handed pitcher Marcus Stroman from the Toronto Blue Jays for pitching prospects Anthony Kay and Simeon-Woods Richardson.

Stroman, a New York native, is currently 6-11 with a really good 2.96 ERA coming out of the heavy hitting A.L. East.

This raises questions if the Mets are preparing to trade Syndergaard or Wheeler within the next few days.
