The Mets will have have one lone representative at this year’s “Futures Game”. Anthony Kay, who had 12 starts in Double-A Binghamton and pitched to a 1.49 ERA during that stretch.
Unfortunately, he’s yet to adjust to Triple-A since his recent promotion, Kay currently has an 11.00 ERA with Syracuse.
Former Mets prospects Jarred Kelenic and Justin Dunn have also made the “Futures Game”. Dunn and Kelenic were key parts for Seattle in the Canó-Diaz trade.
