The Polar Bear is flexin’ in Miami

Trevor Williams tried to drop a slider, low and away by Alonso, however, the Polar Bear had plans of his own as he reached out and hit an opposite field home run giving the Mets an early 1-0 lead.

The home run, his 13th of the year, traveled 417 feet with an exit velocity of 105.6 MPH.

Pete Alonso homered again in the eighth, his 14th of the season. The home run traveled 418.51ft, with a 104.86mph exit velocity, and a 27.24° launch angle.
